Shipping policy

Customers in the UK - Shipping will be via the royal mail. All parcels will go out Tracked 24.

Orders are fulfilled in the order that they are received.

Due to the handcrafted made-to-order nature of our goods, we aim for a standard turnaround time of 7-10 days; however, this may be extended depending on current demand.

We don't accept international orders at present but will be very soon.

We offer free UK shipping, however, if, for any reason your parcel is returned to us you will be required to pay shipping for any subsequent delivery attempts.  Raised On Country can not take any responsibility for returned parcels, once the parcel leaves our shop it is completely out of our hands. Failure to pay for the second delivery attempt will not result in a refund. Please refer to our refund policy.
